Rocket Singh Remake In Telugu

Yash Raj’s moving film ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman Of The Year’ will have a Telugu name.The movie is set to be remade in Telugu and Telugu star Allari Naresh will play the role of Ranbir.It’s not clear whether the protagonist will be a Sardar but the remake is definitely on cards with some minor changes.The official confirmation from Yash Raj is still to come but sources from the studio had confirmed the news of the remake.

Mercedes New Launch

Mercedes will launch the C250 CGI in January 2010, powered by a new- generation petrol motor. This turbocharged direct injection petrol motor displaces 1796cc and will be the first of Mercedes’ CGI motors to be sold in India.Mercedes engineers had earlier been skeptical about fuel quality in India and had held back the technology for our market. But this introduction will now mean an increase in power to 200bhp plus, as well as greater efficiency.The C250 CGI’s motor produces a max of 204bhp and develops an impressive 31.6kgm of torque.Like other direct injection motors from Audi and Skoda, low engine speed torque is significantly improved on this motor, delivering both greater efficiency as well as acceleration. But Merc’s system has one massive advantage. Its Piezo injectors can manage multiple injections, just like a diesel.This is sometimes called ‘Lean Burn’, and the C-class can do this running at even 120kph! This results up to 10 percent lower petrol consumption.

Deepika Padukone's Prestigious Dinner

The Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama, during the recent state visit to India, was given a lavish dinner by his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh. The Japanese Prime Minister, however, had a special request. He wanted to meet the Om Shanti Om girl Deepika Padukone and congratulate her on her performance in the film. The PMO immediately made efforts to bring in the actress to the capital so that she could meet Yukio Hatoyama during the dinner. Though Deepika was busy shooting when the news reached her, she canceled it immediately to make herself present at the prestigious event.
